MASSAGE

Our in-studio Massage Therapist, Russell will assess his clients and identify any structural imbalances or joint and mobility issues and treat accordingly through massage, PNF stretching, energy and breath work.

​

Russell takes his clients on a journey of active meditation, working with energy and connected breath.  When required one will be guided through specific breathing techniques to help eliminate toxins, increase oxygen to cells and tissues, as well as allowing deeper connection to their body and subconscious mind. 

Russell works part-time from his comfortable and spacious room within TEC.
